I have been looking for them and was thinking about just building some. Mine was a wall mounted cassette tape case. I removed some cross braces, and shored it up abit.
Mick5s Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 WOW what a workspace! Looks like a converted kitchen or something
Dr. Cranky Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 Amazing, and what a wonderful display case . . . wishing you many great years of building there.
Tucohoward Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Wow! Everybody looks so organized. I think I've some cleaning to do.
SuperStockAndy Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Here's my joint. Whole thing: Paint, scratchbuilding stuff: Parts, more paint: Yet even more paint And a quick little dio I did on my shelf...
geordie Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Some of you guys have got some awesome set ups.......

MicroNitro Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Thanks it took over a year to build mostly from scraps left from building the house.

A HUGE + 2 on that!!! :D Here's mine, but it's about to become my son's (not that I think he'll build very many models on it,but he needs the desk in his room, and will build occasionally too),as I found/bought a nicer, slightly larger one (still an old PC desk) at Goodwill today-it wouldn't fit the minivan without disassembly,so I'll go back for it tomorrow with trailer in tow Anyways,my old one...
Big Daddy Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Here is what mine looks like right now, well it pretty much looks like this all the time as soon as one is complete there is another to continue
Dr. Cranky Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Some very cool benches. Nice eye candy on them too.
Dingo5162 Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Here is my workspace, yes a bit crouded and untidy that's because I've been re-doing my den. The large scale frame (scale unknown) is of a Fokker Dr.1 tri-wing fighter plane, this plane is being built for my wife and so far has taken 5 years to build including a complete break down for a re-build. My work area is part of my wife's electronic workshop which is also untidy BUT that's another story, I have to share it as there is really no other room other than my den and I'm not going back into there. Brizio Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 You guys have some very nice work benches! I don't have a work bench, I'm using the computer desk, and every time I'm done I need to clean it... Or remove all the proof!
MicroNitro Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I am getting some good ideas from these posts.

Mine is a multi-purpose, office, gaming, web-surfing, writing, model-building, work area. I usually have to put something away to do something else. David G.
cobraman Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Here's mine. Kind of clean since I am between projects. I also sometimes build on the island I have in my kitchen.
Zarana-X Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 You guys are too clean. Hardly looks like you're working at all. I'm usually working on at least two projects at once. Is there a prize for messiest?
cobraman Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Holy ###### ! It looks like everything you own is on that bench ! I bet you know where everything is though.
rustymodeler Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 This is my 14 foot by 14 foot get away in the garage. I have pretty much every thing I own and than some in this place. So here it is
