martinfan5 Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Yea danno, since we live in a city that doesnt get snow, you probably havent heard of the new snot plows
Chuck Most Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 Snot plow? You know... snow? Nature's wet, icy dandruff.
MachinistMark Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 pretty sure the ksp willys is the SWC kit with different decals and a new box
Agent G Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 (edited) I saw a snowplow in Vegas, once. I have been waiting for the '50 Olds kit for what seems like forever now. Wasn't it promised something like 10 years ago? G Edited October 24, 2011 by Agent G

Swifster Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) What's a snow plow? <------- Edited October 30, 2011 by Swifster
Sixx Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 What's a "Bugaboo?" That is a goofy looking dragster with a stretched beetle body...if I remember right
deathskull59 Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 so is the revelle willys a 40, 41, or is it a 33 willys drag coupe or something else.
Joe Handley Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Snot plow? That would have been usefull the past several days.....dang allergies and spray painting
bigphoto Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 (edited) The Daytona coupe would be nice it also announced last year but we still have not seen it! Hopefully it will be available to the U.S. market. I know they have some 1/43 kits that are not as well as they also had a Cobra kit out but it was a rehash old the old Sunny kit which was a 427 body with 289 underpinnings. Skydime Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 There was a topic listed here with a Revell add for their early 2012 releases but, I can't remember where I saw it. It seems that Round 2 and Revell are getting ready to put out some great kits.
deathskull59 Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 cool brand new kits and some old ones reisssued.
Jordan White Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Guess I could call it a 2012 release (the auto companies would ) but Revell is going to re-release the '77 Chevy Wrecker at the end of this month.
deathskull59 Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 any pics of this ks pittman willys coupe i got to know what it looks like.
jbwelda Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 so is this willys a new tooling or is it like stone wood cook or what? looks very familiar...
Craig Irwin Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Its the "new" SWC tooling, not the 60's tool.
horsepower Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 AMT apparently was going to do a plastic kit, but ended up doing it as an Ertl diecast instead. unless I'm totally confused, Revell had plans to issue a '50 Olds long before the AMT announcement that fell on it's face a few years ago, but at that time, (decades ago it seems like) AMT again dropped the baby ruth in the punch bowl with an announcement that they were issuing the same unicorn type model. The result? You guessed it neither one followed through, probably 'cause of fears the other one would. But here we are, years later with several '32 Fords, from both companies, a plethora of various '57 Chevys, & not one '50 Olds kit on the shelves yet. Go figure.
MachinistMark Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 still no good 57 chevy convertible kit.

Interesting...never heard about any Revell '50 Olds plans before the recent 2012 announcement. AMT had made an announcement some years ago after ERTL had done that subject as a 1:25th scale diecast. Anyhoo, it sounds like a bunch of interesting stuff is coming for '12.
High octane Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Should be the same kit as the Stone, Woods, & Cook and also the Big John Willys with different decals as Revell is trying to get the most bang for their buck out of this Willys kit tooling. In these days I don't think that any model manufacturer is going to be cranking out new kits like in the good old days.
