James2 Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Not quite finished, but will wrap it up this week. I'll add a few paint details yet. I need to find one spinner for the front left wheel. If your building one of these, they are fragile. If you drop a small piece, good luck finding it. Thanks for looking, J2
Dr. Cranky Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 James, you've created another fine example of what can be done with this beautiful kit. Excellent work, and thank you for sharing it with us.
Peter Lombardo Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Super clean. Great job, the engine looks especially well done.
Greg Pugh Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 I'm thinking I need to get one of these....
James2 Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 Thank you guys, I'll have to post some pix after i touch this up.
geetee66 Posted December 5, 2011 Posted December 5, 2011 I've only seen one of these in real life and that was at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed (In the UK). These cars are nuts! They sound awesome when they're given some beans! Your build is realistic and I love the details. The steering wheel looks like an accurate scale thickness and the wiring details are a nice touch. Very tidy indeed.
TheCat Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 That's a beautiful build. Love the detail you applied and the paint job is great.
crazyjim Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 Excellent detailing on such a little vehicle. And SHINY :)
surfjunke Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 Great build! Beautiful finish. Like the details you added to the engine & back of the dash. Thanks for sharing with us.
