Ed, what's a 1956 Studebaker Daytona? Did you maybe switch the last two numbers around? And meant 1965? If your going for a Stude Daytona, go for a '64. Looks like the '65, but was available in a true two-door hardtop and convertible. Which the '65s were not. Plus the '64s were still powered by Studebaker engines. Since the '65 and '66s were only built in Canada, they were powered by McKinnon/Chevrolet motors.

i'm currently working on a 85/ 86 gt 5.0 only difference really from the lx is the front bumper lower facia..... GT = marchal foglamps lx = no foxlamp opening 1/25 scale

For a hatchback, yes. I'd like to see an 85/86 LX notchback so I can do a replica of my college car.
