ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER POLL.

scalebuilder forum from Puerto Rico.

Please help us pick the peoples choice for the model of the year.

These are a collection of all 1st place finishers for every month

last year. Now from the best 12, we want you to pick your favorite.

We are all friends in this group and will appreciate your comments.

Some of our builds are from the very experienced to the ones that are just starting.

The way every one here had a chance to make the list was thatt not only it was based

on finished product but also just the fact that it was a model finished at the end of the month.

This was done to promote more builder to start in the hobby and to keep us motivated.

Just make in the list it was a great acomplishment since the amount of talent in our little group

is great.

Gotta go with the '62 Bird here, although all of these are great builds. And I am so stealing that wet hood backdrop idea from the Ferrari F1 pic!

Thanks for all your efforts Danny and for always keeping the Puerto Rican forum motivated, these guys are truly talented and I am very proud to call them my friends! I had a tough decision between the Ferrari and the Datsun. The Ferrari is a Model Factory Hiro kit so you guys have an idea just how much work my friend Rey put into this thing to make it look like this. Also, Carlos de Jesus' red Datsun has bunch of scratchbuilt stuff in it, believe me it's a lot better in person than when you see it in photos. I would post more pictures of them but I do not want to alter Danny's post in doing so.

Anyway, like Danny says, please put in your votes, it really means a lot to the guys down there since a lot of them are members of this forum also. Thanks you guys and to all the fellas down in the Island who participated!!!

Can this be turned into a measurable poll like Real or Model, with choices 1-12? It would be much easier to keep and see the score.

That said, I followed the Ferrari build and that's my choice.

I Personally Love the Datsun, Porsche and the Rav4

sjordan2, The result bar is under the photo of the car... Some of them don't have any votes so the bar doesn't show up clearly...

I really like that blue '62 T-Bird... That was my vote.

It's at the top left corner of the pic but you are seeing there results of voting.

Ya need to go a step back and not see the results of voting to vote.

Thank you. I also had to figure out that I had to hit Enter on the keyboard to submit the vote. Too complicated - haven't seen a poll work like this before.

Tough choice! I went for the hemi powered Vicky 'cause I'm a sucker for rods, but the Datsun is wicked. All of them are great models.

They're all nice but I voted for the Ferrari. It looks so clean, nicely detailed, and excellent paint.

Tough decision. I like most of them, and find it surprising that a couple of them (The Porsche especially) don't have any votes so far. It would be helpful if all of the photos were the same size.

they are all in the order they were built, first photo was for january and the last one was for december.

The chevelle was done in May of 2011 by Chris70.

Thay are all winners but some very different subjects. My pick was because of my personal taste in subjects. All should be very proud of their models.
