tyrone Posted October 25, 2012 Author Share Posted October 25, 2012 Thanks fellas ...well I wet sanded this one down tonight... had a little bit of trash, lint in the paint... tomorrow I'll lay 2 more coats of paint on it... I'm trying to work on having a better finish, and in the past I've rushed, not giving the paint enough time to dry. or not enough coats of paint ... I'm taking my time on this one... here's a few pics before I started sanding with the doors on... really like how you can see the headers in the door.. not bad for rattle can paint with no clear yet.... I couldn't agree with you more about the whole take your time with the paint and let it fully cure. That would be my piece of advice to anyone when it comes to painting. I'ts gonna be balls to the wall to try and get this one done in time for Atlanta.. but I should be okay.. gonna lay on a couple of coats of clear when I get home and start getting the rest of the interior and engine details wrapped up...
