Harry P.
You made the same mistake that 99% of people who build a '41 Willys make. That raised lip around the windshield represents the black rubber gasket around the glass. It is not supposed to be clear.

Floridian
What should I use to polish the clear out? Wax?
crazyjim
You need some real fine grit sandpaper. I think the kits start at around 3000 grit and get progressively finer to 12000 grit. Then take some Novus #2 and rub it out. Some people use Meguiers Scratch X instead of Novus. When it's all SHINY :) , finish it off with a nice coat of The Treatment Model Car Wax.
