Welcome to the site, Dean. For a first model you did a fantastic job! Stick around and take it all in and you can only go up from here. Soon you'll learn things like BMF and wiring the engine and more. Congratulations.

Now I'm on my way out to my hobby room to work on an engine and suspension for my 53 Ford Vicky.

It's been over 30 years since I last saw my first build, but I know it wasn't anywhere as nice as this one. Way to go!

Great paint, clean build, you can't ask for more than that. I can't believe that's a first build. My first build was an unpainted, glue bomb. Of course I was 8. I suggest (and you don't have to listen), get a couple more builds, under your belt, then raise the bar. Try new techniques. They may not turn out, at first, but keep plugging away. You've off to a great start.

That's a VERY nice first build. How many models went into this Camaro?

Rims appear to be from a Revell Charger and the engine possibly from Revell Corvette C3.

Good job, I likey

My first model was also a 69 Camaro a few years ago. Too bad it's no longer with us. I accidentally stepped on it... Next time I will not be putting models on the floor in the room that I sometimes walk through with lights off....
