Webb Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 Built this one from a Jimmy Flintstone body I got off eBay. Front axle, wheels and tires from the "spares" box. Steering linkage and radius rods were scratch built with aluminum and brass tubing and sheet aluminum. Push bar is from the Miss Deal Studebaker minus the "foot" which was replaced with a piece of aluminum tubing. Eight exhaust pipes were also made with aluminum tubing. Wheel discs are from Parts by Parks. Paint is Duplicolor Gun Metal. Chris
W-Machine Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 Smooth, low, and SHINY :) . Nice. I concur-sweet looking build!
Draggon Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 Wow, thats nice. Wheels/tires are perfect, love how you did the discs on the inside of the front wheels!
Ace-Garageguy Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 Very purposeful and menacing looking lakes-car. I can almost smell the alky and nitro.
