RickArt Posted April 21, 2014 Author Posted April 21, 2014 (edited) Hi all, finally I got some spare time for this project...so here is a small update. Fueltank from DM...they look great, but I added a rubber O-ring on the outside the bracket. The grille shell and the fueltank glued together... Mr Vader assist with the small bolts, washers and nuts. thanks for looking in... / Rick Edited May 13, 2018 by RickArt
Vampira Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Very nice project. My modeling skills are obviously lacking. What color green is that ?
RickArt Posted April 22, 2014 Author Posted April 22, 2014 Very nice project. My modeling skills are obviously lacking. What color green is that ? It´s actually gold metallic...but you are right, it looks a little bit green in the pics. The color, "Auto-K/Multona" Gold metallic #0563 are like an base-color and need a clear coat or two, to make it shine and glitter. I don´t know if Auto-K spraycans are avalible in US or if they are only availble in europe. / Rick
futurattraction Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Love seeing your stuff Rick, such clean work. X2, Rick. Super job! Looks like Mr. Vader is about the right scale to have actually been able to work with those nuts and bolts... LOL
