Harry P. Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Very nice! Excellent attention to detail, even the dashtop vent. Battery terminals look great, and YES! An alternator bracket! But body-colored wipers?
bbowser Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Don't care for the hoops myself but excellent model. Great execution!
cobraman Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Looks good. What did you use to make the hose clamps and did you put a groove in the hose first ?
sjordan2 Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Beautiful, beautiful work. But I hate the wheels. Just my opinion.
Grumpa Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Beautiful job Tom. I've always been partial to the '70 split bumper Camaro's and this one looks good. Engine bay is great and the wheels set this car off nicely.
Drgon63 Posted July 22, 2012 Author Posted July 22, 2012 But body-colored wipers? Harry With all the detail i put into it.... you would have thought i would have realized that....after fitting that hood over and over making sure it fit... i probably looked at those wipers 100 times.... gotta fix that... thanx Tom

MachinistMark Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 looks great. best body style the camaro ever had
Drgon63 Posted July 22, 2012 Author Posted July 22, 2012 Thanx guys for all the great comments and the constructive critisism... always appreciate when someone can give me advice and point out things i forgot or just did not get right.... Looks good. What did you use to make the hose clamps and did you put a groove in the hose first ? the hose clamps are just small diameter wire wrapped around the hose... the hoses are large diameter wire that when i twist the hose clamp wire around it... it sorta digs into the wire coting of the large wire giving the illusion of the clamp actually holding the hose.... Tom
