cruz Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Finally finished this thing last night at around 4am. Thought it was a great and well designed kit by Revell. Originally didn't think this color was going to work but I learned to like it very quickly!! Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki

sjordan2 Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 (edited) Spectacular. A color in that range would also be good for your '62 Corvette. Edited October 28, 2012 by sjordan2

cruz Posted October 29, 2012 Author Posted October 29, 2012 That's way too cool. What paint is that? Thanks guys. The color is Nassau Blue metallic from the Testor's lacquers and the clear is Testor's Wet Look. The top is Tamiya Royal Blue.
Scuderia Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Welcome, thanks for the color tip. Looks just sweet with that clear.
meaneyme Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Another amazing build my friend, you sure can paint. I must say that I am also enjoying your reviews in the "other" magazine greatly. How did you do the black masking around the front window?

How did you do the black masking around the front window? Thanks bro. I used a sharpie from behind the windshield, there was a pronounced detail on the window which I followed to make this step a little easier.
