This a car that was driven by R W Glenn in the 70s at Auburndale and Lakeland here in Florida. The body is from an original AMT kit. It had been built as a drag car at onetime and couldn't be restored stock so no worries that any vintage plastic was harmed. I hand painted the lettering. The chassis and suspension are mostly scrachbuilt. The engine is a 250 six cylinder with a crossflow head. It is scratchbuilt with the exception of the block and valve cover.

Very nice! It captures this type of car perfectly. Good work on the motor too. I like the little details, like the red overspray on the support bars....exactly the way it would've been done. As a short track fan, I love it!!

Beautiful just beautiful.....you captured the look of a Saturday night roundy round perfect,love the six banger and as Tommy said the over spray is a perfect touch...man I just love this car....did I mention beautiful???
