Just outstanding, John. I don't care if you would have put the valve covers on inside out. I'm amazed how fast everything seems to come together for you.

Are you going to sand the body before you clear?

What kind of clear do you normally use?

John... I am loving this and it's just Bitchen!! Those flames are killer and I love how you added more to them and I can't wait to see the trunk lid. Keep up the awesome work!! You are the man!

Hi Jim.......I will scuff it down a little.......not to much with 2500.......then I will give a medium/heavy clear coat ..........Then I will sand it down really good with 1500 and then give another medium clear coat........then I will sand it down again with 2000........then give a final light/medium clear coat.........I use RM 5800 clear and RM Hardner and Rm reducer........it probably doesn`t make sense but, that`s what I will do to this build......... thanks

As my Aunt Thelma (the one that kept me supplied with Buster Brown clothes) would say about a cool car back when I was a real little kid and she would drive me around the block before she left for work, Bitchin'!!!

That should be a prize winner any where! B)

Great job on the flames, John.

Love how well the pink and green work together.

me thinks you're about due to do something ratty after all these glossy gems

Another masterpiece, of course. But where are the pictures of you, with the Hooters girls bending over the model? Put a side of slaw in the foreground.

First I wanna say that this model has taken "Modeling as a spectator sport" to new heights. I love clicking in on the latest installments, it just makes my day. Part of that is that you are consistently building, no long waits between reports like on my builds!

Second, anyone who hasn't learned something from this thread is brain dead! The skill and imagination that's gone into creating this car is as over the top as the subject matter.

I can't wait to see 'er done! Only then I'll be sad that it's come to an end... kinda like when your favorite show goes off the air!
