foosh Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Built OOB, only change was to rear suspension to level the car and rear plate mounted on the bumper instead of the trunk lid. Tamiya maroon and some BMF. Nice kit to build.
cobraman Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Looks great. How about a photo of interior and engine bay ?

charlie8575 Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Nice results and a very tasteful color scheme. The blackwalls are a little different, they work well on that car. Charlie Larkin
Jon Cole Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Nice ride! Great color, too. Maroon looks right on that era automobile.
scaleauto Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 Nice clean build. What colour did you use for the interior?
foosh Posted February 24, 2013 Author Posted February 24, 2013 Thanks guys, been building for 55 years and just getting the hang of it, but now my hands get shaky and my vision is blurry. Oh well lifes tough. Usually build the large cars (KW, Pete's, A-car's etc.) but once in a while I'll build a car. Hey Vaughn, the interior is painted with Poly S #F414278 depot buff, paint dries flat but I hit it with Turtle wax express shine spray wax to give it a look of vinyl or leather.
