Thanks Mitch, Tim and Al, I used styrene tubing. First I tapered the pipes down and the removed a little material on the inside of the tubing with a knife.

Put the tube on the header, apply some liquid cement and push. The cement softens the tube and makes it conform to the header!

Small update on the interior.  Flat black, BMF and some slight weathering. I still have more belts and some detail to add, but I like it so far.

hey, just getting back to this James. that's a super idea. tried that a while ago and it didn't turn out so well. guess I have to practice a little more. looking really good bud.

Oh MAN! I'm loving this!! SO sweet looking!

 

(pssst...don't forget to paint your reflectors on your door panels!)

I was waiting because they came on the decal sheet but then I lost one. So I guess paint will do!
