TFchronos Posted July 30, 2013 Author Posted July 30, 2013 Great Progress! Thanks Ira! Man, I'm liking this more and more. Thanks Rob!
TFchronos Posted July 30, 2013 Author Posted July 30, 2013 I like this build a lot! Nice scratchwork on that chassis and front suspension. Those hemi's look way to cool in that candy red... GOOD JOB ! Thanks Thomas! Really cool. Thanks Bob!
beeRS Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 I love this project. Its MAD! Looking forward to seeing more.
TFchronos Posted August 1, 2013 Author Posted August 1, 2013 Thanks for the kind words Jason and Sonny! Here's another little update I fixed up the cuts sanded smooth the texture section on the roof and primed it grey then black. I'm now debating on whether or not to cut the doors free like on my GTX, decisions. . . Anyway, while I argue this with my self here's some pics. I also started working on the steering linkage, it will just be a bent rod. I lack the skills, tools and, resources to make the joints. Thanks for looking!
TFchronos Posted August 12, 2013 Author Posted August 12, 2013 Looks great nice progress Thanks Jason!
grayghost Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 This is so cool. Did you ever consider putting the hemis side by side?
TFchronos Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 Thanks Tim, I thought really hard about it but in the end I thought it would look a little more intimidating if the engines were long ways.
TFchronos Posted August 16, 2013 Author Posted August 16, 2013 After a little debating I've decided to change the door lines and open them but instead of having them open normally I thought it would like cooler if they were suicide doors. So that's what this update is mainly about I also started adding more to the interior. Anyway here's some pics. Thanks for looking!
Ognib Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Nice touch, the way you've reshaped the bottom of the doors.
TFchronos Posted November 5, 2013 Author Posted November 5, 2013 Well I'm back on the hot rods case, got the frame sprayed gloss black, the exhaust done and scratch built two seats. More updates to follow, I'm gonna try to have this thing done before Dec 1st. Thanks for looking!
TFchronos Posted November 5, 2013 Author Posted November 5, 2013 I like the new doors! Thank you Bradley!
chev12olet Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Wow this is one sick @$$ build right here. A 32 hot rod +2 hemis with suicide drs sweet concept and even better seeing it come alive Jonathan !!!!
Pro Wrench Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Cool project. What size material did you use to make the frame? I need to make one for a Willys and the stuff I'm using scales out to 2"X3" but it looks too small to me. Yours looks more like what I think mine should.

Pro Wrench Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Thanks for the info. I have some styrene that size so I think that is what I am going to use.
Terminator-Fox Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Very cool, looking forward to seeing it done!
