I have the hardtop version (Seville) and was thinking about building it...........the top shape is what's putting me off, but I have a way to fix that. ...........And Happy Birthday!

FASTBACK340 Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Sorry I'm late to the party.... Great job on the Caddy Rich. As usual, great color choices. You have a keen eye for what flows together naturally. What's next ?!?! You've had a few days off.
Ace-Garageguy Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Barbara Stanwyck. That's what that is right there. Great work Richard. X2 Ummmmm...
Sixties Sam Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Excellent build, Rich! You keep raising the bar! Great foil and finish work. Looks classy! Sam
Brudda Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 So this is what the imex cad is supposed to look like! Great Build! I have one, and I hope it turns out half as good as this one!!! Happy Birthday and many more happy builds!!
Ramfins59 Posted April 5, 2013 Author Posted April 5, 2013 (edited) Thanks a lot John, Bill, Sam and Bruce. John, thanks man... Yeah I "usually" try to have all the colors on a model "flow together". I don't want the cars to look like a circus act...!!! I really haven't made up my mind as to what's next yet, although I'm sure it will be something in the 50's. I still have to finish up that '57 Ford wagon for my friend in MN.before I get started on another of my own projects. Edited April 5, 2013 by Ramfins59
Gluhead Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Really nice, Rich. And happy belated birthday, as well.
om617 Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Very nice build. Love the details in the engine room. Now i want a Cadillac
FASTBACK340 Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 I wasn't insinuating a clown car, I meant darker complimentary colors wouldn't pop as nice as the colors chosen. Beautiful build anyhow....
Ramfins59 Posted April 5, 2013 Author Posted April 5, 2013 Thanks a lot Christopher and Tommy. Thanks again John, I kook forward to seeing you and Amy in a couple of weeks.
