Bluemiles22
I just got this in the mail today from competition resins. It's the tunnel ram manifold. It is a little big for the engine that came with the kit so I may have to do a little sanding. The head rests on the seats were cut off and sanded out also. Should have some more pics up soon thanks for looking

Bluemiles22
Just a small update, started detailing up my carbs a little bit and got the block and manifold painted with some metalizer.
Bluemiles22
Got a couple of the fuel lines run, only have the two done so far so got a ways to go. These were very tedious and there were a couple times when the build almost went back in the box lol. Hopefully I can get the rest of the lines done without breaking something lol. Bluemiles22
Thanks got a little bit further, all four lines to the carbs are in and one just has to be painted. Here's a pic of the 1:1 car that I used for reference. I came pretty close so far but couldn't get it exact. Thanks for looking.

nhra1625
Looks amazing! If you can somehow work in the air feed tubes and the hose on the top of the carbs that would be sweet, never seen it done!
Metalmad
Is this kit available for purchase?

Bluemiles22
Thanks for the compliments guys. Ill look into adding those lines, right now I'm working on the throttle linkage but it's giving me problems so I may do those lines instead for the time being. As far as this kit being available for purchase its the revell yenko kit with some aftermarket parts and decals.

Bluemiles22
Been away for a while but decided it was time to get this one up and going again. Painted the interior, tubbed the chassis, and started putting the roll bar together. Nothing elaborate just painted everything semi gloss black. Should have more pics and updates soon. Bluemiles22
Quick update, made some rear springs out if aluminum rod and wire and got the rear tires under the car which was a bit of a pain, not much clearance in the wheel openings on the body. Did some bmf on the window trim. Should have another update soon.

Bluemiles22
Thanks for the compliments guys! Paint is candy apple red over a gold base, both testors enamel.
Bluemiles22
Ok real quick update. Finished the roll bar and got it painted. I used some heat shrink tuning for padding and pieces of thread tied around it to look like zip ties. Should be able to get a little further on the interior tonight, I'll try and get more pics up. Thanks for looking.
Stretch75
Rollbar looks great! The shrink wrap and thread pull the look off.
