DanielG
Well I am calling this one done! Is it perfect? No, but it looks Ok at shelf distance. I finished this the way I would like it if it were my car not exactly the way the original may have looked. At any rate it is time to move on! I hope that following me do this may have entertained you if nothing else, goodness knows there was enough drama.

Tom Geiger
Looks perfectly good to me. I looked the pictures over several times and couldn't find any issues! Nice car, nothing wrong with building it the way you'd want it in 1:1. I do that with my cars too.

Randy D
Hi Daniel, What a treat to see this one complete !!! You have opened my eyes to what can be done to a diecast model. Really enjoyed watching you use brass, plastic, pop metal and putty to create this beauty. Congrats Sir Randy
DanielG
Thanks guys. I did learn something from doing this one. Maybe the next project will go smoother! Meanwhile, I may resurrect the apocoliptic Pajero and work on it for a while.

Tumbler75
This car is absolutely stunning! Great job and I've followed this build all throughout the process. Yes there was drama but it was a learning curve. What's next on your modeling table?
DanielG
Thanks everybody. Jason, I have a dragon diorama on the go but there are some techniques I may want to try on the apocoliptic Pajero so I think I will get back to it.
Eshaver
I'll never understand why G M never did this one even though it would have been a limited sales edition .

DanielG
I'll never understand why G M never did this one even though it would have been a limited sales edition . They thought it would cost too much. The '79 copies looked pretty good but I don't know what they sold for.
