Make your feelings known to them, and they respond. Stay quiet and take the "we're modelers, we can fix it" attitude and all you're doing is giving your approval via your silence. Nice work with the petition, Jonathan.
High octane Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Don't we have enough Mustang kits just like the '57 Chevy kits?
Rob Hall Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Don't we have enough Mustang kits just like the '57 Chevy kits? No.
Danno Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Don't we have enough Mustang kits just like the '57 Chevy kits? I've never seen a Mustang that looks just like a '57 Chevy. I've never even seen a Mustang kit that looks just like a '57 Chevy kit.
Eshaver Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I want some CLEAN , CLEAR shots of this kit for I say or sign a thing !
Casey Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I've never seen a Mustang that looks just like a '57 Chevy. I've never even seen a Mustang kit that looks just like a '57 Chevy kit. Careful what you wish for. Someone will consider that a personal challenge.
sjordan2 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I've never seen a Mustang that looks just like a '57 Chevy. I've never even seen a Mustang kit that looks just like a '57 Chevy kit. If Harry can do this Mustebaker, he can do that.
Harry P. Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 If Harry can do this Mustebaker, he can do that. Picture 9.png Actually I prefer Studestang...
bbowser Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I wouldn't get too excited, that response sounds pretty lukewarm to me. The fact that they DID respond at all is encouraging but I don't expect they will retool anything, especially a body.
niteowl7710 Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I want some CLEAN , CLEAR shots of this kit for I say or sign a thing ! Well geez Brett posted a ton (and then got all bent out if shape offended when everyone didn't fall all over themselves to offer profuse thanks) in the now locked thread.
Harry P. Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I wouldn't get too excited, that response sounds pretty lukewarm to me. The fact that they DID respond at all is encouraging but I don't expect they will retool anything, especially a body. But at least they're aware of the fact that people are not liking this model. That's a good thing, whether they do anything about this kit or not. At least maybe they'll be more careful next time. Even if they do nothing at all, I still think it's important that they heard our complaints. Better that they hear from dissatisfied customers than to get no response at all. And the more people sign the petition, the more seriously they'll take it.
Daddyfink Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Well, they did correct the 69 Charger and the world was happy. I see why they can not do the same with the Mustang as it appears to be a good seller for them if it is done right.
Brett Barrow Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 I want some CLEAN , CLEAR shots of this kit for I say or sign a thing ! Mine weren't clean and clear enough? http://public.fotki.com/barrowb98/90-mustang-lx-50/ Well geez Brett posted a ton (and then got all bent out if shape offended when everyone didn't fall all over themselves to offer profuse thanks) in the now locked thread. Didn't get bent out of shape at all. I just won't be in a hurry next time I get a new kit to get pictures of it up, that's all...
martinfan5 Posted May 29, 2013 Author Posted May 29, 2013 Mine weren't clean and clear enough? http://public.fotki.com/barrowb98/90-mustang-lx-50/ The pictures were good
