Hi fellow viewers of MCM forum

i am real newbie on this car building project

this is the 2nd kit i built Tamiya big sacle 1/12 Lola T70MK3

I finished build this kit about 6 month ago and takes me about 3 month to build it..

This is the firs time unboxing the car kit

In my opinion this glass display is well build i cant see any silicon glue on the edge...

It's BEAUTIFUL, and it's my favorite Can-Am car! These cars are flat out just perfect! They starred in George Lucas's THX1138 as that movies POLICE cars!!!!! You did a GREAT job!

great job what did you use to paint the body

thanks for comment..

actually i use automotive grade paint for the body...

because in my opinion it give me more solid feel to the kit... like diecast.. or real car

i use Nitrocellulose lacquer base paint.... usually on automotive paint...

for the clear coat i use Sikkens auto clear.. it give real shiny and gloss reflection..

the best i had so far.... or maybe spies hecker is great too...

you can get the NC base paint from both brand... sikkens or spieshecker...
