My latest completion is this Nova that's painted in HOK lapis blue basecoat with HOK magenta kandy over that. I'm pretty sure the wheels came from the Revell'32 5 window coupe and I painted the spokes to look more magnesium. I tried the BMF before paint for the fine scripts - and I need to do more work on that technique.

Looks good from the outside, those wheels are among my all-time favorite styles ever. Not too wild about that interior color scheme or the lavender chassis components...

This is one of my favourite AMT kits and you have done a fine job here. Looks great on those ARE wheels - I'm pretty sure you're right; they do come from Revell's 32.

That is one Super Nice - and of course SHINY Nova! That paint job is truly amazing and all of those little details whether they are in the engine bay or body, they look excellent. This might be one of my favorite builds I've seen from your bench, and I've seen some super nice builds from your bench earlier too. B)

Thanks, Chris. Actually, the body is a very deep purple. That's why I went with the lavender and red interior & undercarriage. Maybe I'll do an outdoor pic in the sun and post it.
