Whoa! You didn't tell us how you took care of this. I'd be interested as you're more of a man than I would be.

Cut off its head with a flat blade shovel. Gut reaction I guess? I’m a retired law enforcement officer (Lt) with ptsd. Something kicked in, adrenaline I guess.

After seeing my wife off this morning, I sat down to read my bible and devotional while enjoying a second cup of coffee. Our neighbors dog stays over here a lot, she started barking like crazy. Went to investigate and found a copperhead in the carport! It was approximately 20” to 24”, but still a copperhead. I’m no tree hugger, but I do hate killing one of God’s creatures. However, my granddaughter loves to play in the carport and I didn’t want the dog to be bitten. Problem solved, but I still feel a little crunchy.

Not the kind of creature you want around small kids or pets. Usually I don't mind snakes,I'd make an exception for that one. You're neighbor's dog deserves a steak.

Like me, she loves hot dogs. Already spoke to the neighbor across the pasture. Ol’ girl has a nice dinner in store for her tonight!

Yesterday was my garbage and recycled collection day. Went down to retrieve my cans and my garbage can wasn't there. Called the garbage company and the gal said that sometimes the can falls into the truck. Will be getting a replacement can on Monday.

Working with the new guy today. Test of patience. It's been a day of chaotic rushing for no reason, stitches(him) and a twice stuck forklift. Zero. Situational. Awareness.

Stopping point on the Chevelle build to get this billing cycle ready.

246 photos to label and key to the text, which itself will probably run to well over 10 pages.

HOURS of tedious work on the computer this weekend...

Ummmm...just exactly WHEN is AI going to be able to do this part of MY job...or any other part of it?

Needed a pane of glass cut for a project.  Went into the shop I have used before.  The salesman, and woman cashier were busy with a potential client picking hardware out, they acknowledged me when I walked in, then I sat down.  Waited, and waited, while the salesman and lady were looking, the cashier was watching them and doing nothing else.  I just got up and walked out after a couple minutes, screw that!  Second time now, the other time at REI, family signing up, I was absolutely ignored, so I put the hat back and walked out.  Customer service is so lacking anymore.

Another Irk, no rain.

Ohio BMV!!  Their motto should be Home of the Sloth!!

Tried for trifecta of plates for the car I bought for my son for college, renew mine and get the updated drivers license.  Can't do the drivers license as I don't have the plethora of ID's.  When we got to the plates, he asked what color is the Hyundai?  What did you have originally?  It's still the same color!  I said its a Genesis per the badging on the inside and outside of the vehicle.  Ohio had it as a Hyundai (which make Genesis).

Went back today for the drivers license.  Presented the lady at the first counter all of my infot, gave me a form to fill out all the info they have on the current license so I packed it all back up and sat in the bullpen.  When I got called up to the other guy, I had to start all over puling out the information.  When I asked why, he said he had to scan it into their system.  I presume that placing the docs on the scanner at Step One was above her skill set.  The geek taking my pic encouraged people to smile for the drivers license pic.  I had a serious over this three ring circus and it looks like a mug shot.  Only time my license leaves my wallet is when getting carded or their is an officer at the drivers side window so I wouldn't be smiling at that time!

Got stung by three ground wasps while scything the four wheeler path through the bush at my grandmas house. Overgrown ferns on the path, not really mower accessible, and no weed whacker or clearing saw so I had to do it the old fashioned way. Was almost done before I got stung. Ran back to the house, miraculously because both legs and my left arm were burning. Baking soda really helps the swelling go down though. First time getting stung since I was 5 or 6. That was the first time, and that was only one sting. After that I said never again, yet here I am stung once again.

Almost forgot about this on the way to the car show on Saturday. Did a double take and saw the car I drew in kindergarten is actually real. Luckily it didn't end up at the car show, but I swear, seeing one in person, it's literally the dumbest looking thing on wheels. It's not hip to be as square as that thing.

This is what you get when you have a billionaire with a car company and his 4 year old hands him a picture he just drew and says "Daddy, build this!" 🙄

If someone has this amount of money to spend on an electric truck, there are several similar vehicles on the market that at least don't look like they were put together by someone in the HVAC business.

Looking at your picture I agree, but I was thinking more about the ducts hanging in the basement's ceilings or walls of a house.

Funny how so many people who can't make anything think that people who can make anything should do it for the same wages as a Walmart greeter.

Then they complain because the way you made it was different than the way they saw some numbskull make it on YouToob...
