Ace-Garageguy Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 (edited) What is worse is that there won't be any women left either! Yeah...just mean fems and whiny, physically incompetent male-ish things. Edited October 28, 2014 by Ace-Garageguy

Ace-Garageguy Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Steel banding cuts, not cool And then forgetting they are there when applying hand sanitizer Next time, try acetone or brake cleaner spray. It's a new dimension in short-term pain.
blunc Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 ahh yes... the sharp stabbing pain followed by the dull throb punctuated by the occasional OUCH when you bump it.

southpier Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 then he should have brought it in order to embrace the whole "hobby show" phenomenon. unless it was an English class, in which case he should explain the incorrectness of ending a sentence a preposition with.

cobraman Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 This was actually yesterday. About two weeks ago my wife had bunion surgery on her right foot. At the follow up visit a week ago it looked on the xray like one of the two screws that were put in shifted. Not good. At yesterdays appointment the xray showed it worse. As it turns out the doctor used screws that were to short. Wife is having another operation today at noon to remove the short screws and have longer ones put in. Last two weeks of pain and crutches were for nothing and she is pretty much starting all over again except no cutting will need to be done. Better be right this time or my daughter (lawyer) may have to get involved. : ) Needless to say my wife and I are not very happy.
High octane Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Sorry to hear that Ray and I hope the second time works out. I know a lady who had foot surgery, and after many months the doctor said there was a screw "floating" in her foot. Guess someone forgot 'bout that one, huh?
cobraman Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Thanks Nick. Leaving for hospital in a few minutes. I hate to see her have to go through this again.

We don't normaly get that until after the first of January.

We don't normaly get that until after the first of January. After all the road salt used last winter, my Jeeps front axle is a bit of a mess. Dad threw new pads and rotors on it for me while I was at work and sent me a close up picture via text message of the left front u-joint saying we're going to need to swap that out soon too, and it was a good thing he told me what it was, otherwise I'd have spent the rest of the shift trying to figure out why he texted me a close cropped picture of something on the Titanic!
