traditional Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 (edited) This is a simple build from a VERY old Premiere Kit originating in the late '50s or early '60s. The model is a rebuild of one I'd finished relatively badly back then, still had in my toy-room and, fortunately, came apart fairly easily for a quite simple refinish. Paint is automotive basecoat/clearcoat with Humbrol and Testors used for small details. Years ago, I found another one new in the box and I've kept that one in unbuilt form since then. Sixties Sam Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 That is really nice! I never heard of that kit, but it looks good! Nice work! Sam
PappyD340 Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Very NICE build Clifford, nice paint and I love that color!
peekay Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Beautiful job on this. I'm assuming the wheels/tyres were one piece and the detail paint is fantastic. Is it 1.25th?
Eshaver Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Clifford, there was a gentleman who built one of these several years back and would display it with the box. I need to dig out the shots I have of it and then send them to you . I wish I could find one of these myself that's NOT Meusuiem priced . Palmer actually had some real beauties back the day as you have shared with us here !
ap40rocktruck Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 WOW, super build of a super rare kit. I keep mine on display in a showcase, unbuilt still in the original box. Ap40

Modelmartin Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 Very cool model. That was a pretty advanced truck design for 1907.
