von Zipper Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 That is coming out GREAT, Dan It really looks like your 1:1 camper and quad trailer ! P.S.= I have been looking for some type of quads for you but have not found much so far, most are over sized and toy-like. Keep up the good work.
mikemodeler Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 I have been looking for some type of quads for you but have not found much so far, most are over sized and toy-like. Keep up the good work. Check the toy aisle at Wal Mart or Target, they usually have some stuff that is pretty close. Another place to check is the Model Empire, they often have some small diecast ATVs, bikes etc.

flat-top Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Very nice, this project turned out excellent.
gasser59 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 WOW!! Just caught up with this thread. Dan - you've done a great job on this combo. Super impressed and quite an undertaking. I've been working off and on (mostly off lately ) on a vintage camper and still have alot to do yet. Way to stick with it and see it through to the end. Have you looked through Larry G Scale site? He has different types of things. I picked up a few propane tanks from him. www.larrygscale.com Looking forward to your next update.

gasser59 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Now that is a really good looking set-up. The quads look to be really close on scale.
stang_crazy Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 there is a nice slide in camper that's 1/24 or 1/25 that comes with a diecast truck at walmart in the toy isle. Believe its under $20.00

tbill Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 just caught back up with this, awesome job on all of it, camper looks terrific!! I don't know if you have a hobby lobby store near you, but if so, they have a good selection of what I assume is balsa wood in various shapes/sizes, and a few different bits in the doll house section- actual wood flooring and some 'beadboard' that could be made in to flooring. this is the doll house wood flooring, that's in a 25th scale rig trailer.

gasser59 Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 All of the progress pictures disappeared on this build. Where'd they go?
Roadrunner Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 All of the progress pictures disappeared on this build. Where'd they go?I'm wondering the same thing. I just finished looking at three pages of nothing.
