So if we didn't finish anything, but bought a bunch of kit...does that put us in the NEGATIVE for the year?

I have 4 finished, and even if I finish the 3 still on my bench for a total of 7 builds, I'm still in the NEGATIVE! So much easier to buy 'em than to build 'em!

I have no idea. I don't keep track... don't see any reason to do so. It seems kind of like counting how many baseball games I watched in a year, or how many times I went to the gas station. Knowing the number means... what?

But that's just me.

I tend to finish the same amount of model cars every year, never enough. Seriously, I've finished five this year, and hope to finish another. I've been known to finish a model on New Years Eve.

Been out since 1998 since I had my stroke..I'am pretty good with life and just painted a Sumbeam. Was going to build it for our club foreign car Christmas build(Winnipeg Model Car Club) I haven't been to the bench in years and its feeling good to get back..Paint job came out real good but the kit is Junk..Will trade it this Sunday to someone at the meeting who would like it especially if they have trouble painting..Will trade for a kit or take their money..I should have done something else instead of the Sunbeam..Yellow plastic and flash on everything and nothing fits properly..Platic very hard on 65 Yr old eyes...I'd say I'am 65-75% back..Spend about three hours night since last weekend...Thanks for letting me rant...

I got a lot more started than finished this year, and when I factor in the ones I bought........Well let's just say I better get busy if I ever want it to be a positive number! :D

Have all the plans for all the models in my stash and exactly how they will look, just have to work on the execution!

When I was a kid i built close to 150 in one year...needless to say they were not very good as young as I was then....now probably around 25 at most...I take my time on them now and there much better.
