Mister Twister Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 (edited) I just finished this one a few days ago. I painted it with Krylon Bauhaus Gold and then covered it in Slixx decals and MM clear. This is the current Revell kit and I used some different wheels that I detail painted and added some larger collecters to the headers. I hope you enjoy! Edited March 17, 2014 by Mister Twister
High octane Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Wow, that Willys pickup looks great and a good color choice as well.

Mister Twister Posted March 17, 2014 Author Posted March 17, 2014 How did you come up with the name NANOOK? - Just an interesting name - Outstanding build - Joe Sorry I missed your question earlier Joe...The name is that of an actual 23T fuel altered and the decals came from a Slixx decal sheet. Thanks!

Daddyfink Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Those wheels make a huge difference for that kit! Nice job!
10thumbs Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Is this model cool or what? Gassers just kill me. They look good, this one is a hit. Darryl, how did you prepare the wheels? Which model are they from, or maybe Resin wheels. Please tell. Michael
Speedpro Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 excellent work! Has a beautiful finish too!But I'm not to sure about that steering wheel position. I understand That That's the way they did this back in the day, but just imagine what it was like to drive it!
