Mopar - D Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 This is a JoHan 68 Imperial promo that I refurbished with Charcoal Gray metallic and red interior. I replaced the front and rear bumpers and grills with replacements from Modelhaus. Thanks for looking and your comments are always welcome and appreciated.
72 Charger Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Thay are both very nicely built . Whats the blue one Dan?
Mike Kucaba Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 A stunning model! I might have chosen a different interior color myself, but the red is definitely nice.
Mopar - D Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Dave the blue one is the 67 Dodge Polara posted here also.

charlie8575 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 WOW!!!! some REAL CARS for a change!!!! Yeah I know I am showing my age --- But these are cool and VERY well done!!!! Gotta agree- all we have now are imitations. That Imperial is pure, simple elegance. Very nice, Dan. Charlie Larkin
unclescott58 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Stunning Imperial Dan! Very nice paint. Perfect for an Imperial. The '67 Dodge? What kit is that? Is it resin? Or another old JoHan kit? I don't recall if JoHan made a '67 Dodge Polara kit or not? Or did MPC? Anyhow, I like the Polara too. Two very nice full-size Mopars. Keep up the good work. Scott Aho
philo426 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 My neighbor when I was a kid had a blue just like that.He traded it in on a '77 Plymouth Volare boy was he ever sorry!
Rob Hall Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Sharp build..love the color choices...looks very luxurious.
Mopar - D Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 Thanks for all the comments ! Scott the Polara is a resin kit I picked up a couple years ago. I'm pretty close in having enough 1968 MOPARs for my dealership here's what I have so far.
unclescott58 Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 To quote Terry Jessee above, "Wow." Except I will add an explanation point. Wow! You need to show us more of each of these cars. One photo showing them altogether is not enough. Plus I need see more, and know more about the large Dodge trucks in the photo too. I assume they are resin. Show us more! Tell us more! Don't tease us like that. Scott Aho
