Sixties Sam Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Very nice! Great paint and flames! Good work! Sam
impcon Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 (edited) Nice build!! I really like the color that looks almost right for this era of a car. Nice work. Edited May 11, 2014 by impcon
ChrisBcritter Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Clean build with clean details - love it! Question: What are the two little holes in the front of the hood for?
Antikainen Posted May 11, 2014 Author Posted May 11, 2014 Thank you all for your kind words! Those holes in the hood were ment to be cold air inlets but they came out more like hood ornaments, just a little kustom touch.
om617 Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Very nice and classy looking Chevrolet. Love the flames.
buffalobill Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 The way that you did the windshield frame on your model is perhaps the best that I've seen to date on AMT's '51 Chevys, as that's been a 'problem' area on this kit, and other versions of AMT's '51 Chevys. A super clean build, overall!
Antikainen Posted October 13, 2014 Author Posted October 13, 2014 Hello again! I´ll post new pics of this one because I decided to add some more details into it: I added side windows and some underhood details. Thanks for looking!
southpier Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 I echo everyone else's accolades, but cannot for the life of me figure out what the two things are on the hood just above the Chevrolet emblem.
D. Battista Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 I echo everyone else's accolades, but cannot for the life of me figure out what the two things are on the hood just above the Chevrolet emblem. Me too....! nice job Man...!
cobraman Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 They almost look like machine guns or flame throwers. : )
Grumpa Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Beautiful Job! The exterior and interior colors really work well together!
Antikainen Posted October 14, 2014 Author Posted October 14, 2014 Thanks guys! Those hood things are ju st a little custom touch.
