freakshow12
S trim I meant. I love the belt setup. I have the s trim on my 1:1 cobra. Good little blower, straight cut gears give it a nice aggressive sound. Going to a t trim now though

Kennyboy
Yep Ben is correct. It is technically a 4.0 Oldsmobile Aurora V8......but that is the earliest production version of the later 4.6 liter Northstar. New pics later guys......got the plug wires in, main harness tubing in, fuel rails/injectors, and started on the Boost tubing.

Kennyboy
Ok so I could not get the trans to fit under this to save my butt in Mockup stage...... Brainstorming most of the night last night led to this becoming an AWD! Scratch built the trans today and put a 911 (shortened) gearbox in for the center differential.....oh yeah need to make a cap for the filler and a dipstick tube. Kennyboy
Done yet? Take it you don't need the trans eh? Gonna be a long road on this........nope (thanks though) the SHO trans would have been a little too small to mate up to the V8. I came to the conclusion I would have to build it to fit. Thanks for letting me bend your ear though.
DrKerry
Kool beans, no prob, my ear is the only thing left that isn't bent on me. Lol
