Ace-Garageguy Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Very realistic. I've looked at a LOT of rusty cars, and you've nailed it, dead on.
TFchronos Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Awesome rusting job, can't wait to see what you do with this.
Custom Mike Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 You're gonna have to show me how you do that Ryan, since you're nearby. I can do shiny, but I haven't tried making anything look weathered or rusty yet...
ryanm Posted May 26, 2014 Author Posted May 26, 2014 I got a little work done on the chassis it's on it's way. Thanks for looking
bobthehobbyguy Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Nice job. What method did you use to do the rust?
slusher Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Seat looks great and nice touch on the white walls,...
Agent G Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Looks more like a roasted rat to me. Great work. This is going to be neat. G
misterNNL Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 Maybe you could do a tutorial on the rusting technique you used.I'm sure that would be very well received.Great build so far!
ryanm Posted May 28, 2014 Author Posted May 28, 2014 Thanks everyone I'd like to do a tutorial but not sure how to go about. I guess just step by step description with photos. I think I'll be building a 50 ford pickup next perhaps with that I will. Never doing a tutorial any pointers would be great. Thanks again Ryan
