PappyD340 Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 Well fellas, here is the 4th installment of my Fairlane series, a little bit different from the rest a Resto Mod this time. Paint is Testors orange pearl decanted mixed 1/2 with Boyds sunburst decanted and sprayed with my airbrush, Model Master ultra gloss clear wet sanded and polished with Novis, interior is all done with craft acrylics except the dash and cleared with an acrylic semi gloss clear. Also I learned a little trick from Chris Chapman on the headliner, taking a styrafoam plate and cut out the headliner, paint and glue in, it works great. Suspension, running gear and engine come from the Revell 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 as did the cobra emblems and the dash gauges, steering wheel center, front SVT tag and brake rotors and calipers. Wheels and tires came from a Revell 69 Camaro kit. Mirrors, steering wheel, shifter, rear tag all came from my parts box and of course plenty of BMF As always guys Thanks for looking and all comments WELCOME!! ENJOY!!
