Brizio Posted March 10, 2015 Author Posted March 10, 2015 (edited) Back to work on the Bartoletti & Daytonas... Edited March 1, 2017 by Brizio
vamach1 Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 How about the ones from Harold Bradford? He has a 289 Cobra engine kit.
RancheroSteve Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I cut the hood on the Daytonas, I would like to make it open. I have already 3 engines, but I need to find carburetors. Does anybody know who make carburetors I can use on those cars? Replicas & Miniatures makes a nice set of Weber carbs and 289 manifold (sold as a set).
afx Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 (edited) How about the ones from Harold Bradford? He has a 289 Cobra engine kit. I highly recommend HRM's FIA engine. This is what it looks like built-up. Edited March 11, 2015 by afx
Brizio Posted March 10, 2015 Author Posted March 10, 2015 Thank you guys for the suggestions, but I already contact HRM, and some store that sell his resin, but, since last summer I have no news from them. Thanks Steve I will contact Replicas & Miniatures!
Brizio Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 (edited) Some progress on the transporter, did the upper and lower deck ramp. Edited March 1, 2017 by Brizio
Speedfreak Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Looks great Brizio. How did you make the things that go under the ramp?
Brizio Posted March 13, 2015 Author Posted March 13, 2015 Looks great Brizio. How did you make the things that go under the ramp? Thank you Gene. On the upper ramp I used plastic, cardboard and metal pins. On the lower one I used some metal bars, I think they are white metal from old kits.
Brizio Posted March 13, 2015 Author Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) The upper (moving) ramp is done. Rear gate ramp done. Ramps that fold on the rear gate. Edited March 1, 2017 by Brizio
