'48 Ford Drop Top

This is a Revell "48 Ford convertible built box stock. Very nice kit I only wish it included whitewall tires instead of decals. I used Dupli-Color Gloss Black right out of the can. Interior done with Testors Flat Red and Future shine mixed with just a little drop acrylic black. Lots of BMF on this one. Thanks for looking, any comments welcome.

Man that was the exact thing I thought when I saw the car. Maybe two figures, younger Biff, and older Biff with the almanac on hands showing it to his young self!!

Great minds must think a like! That was first thought when I saw this build. I was also thinking some cow stuff would work too. Any how, nice build.

Nicely done. Paint looks great and I like the chassis weathering. The only minus would be that the foil on the side spears is a bit ragged. Maybe you could run a fresh, sharp blade along the edges and clean it up a bit?

Thanks for the tip Harry. My foil work is not so great, I know.

Now you just need a "Biff Tannin" resin figure and you are good to go!!!!!

Okay so I had to look up this Biff Tannen guy and I see what you mean about the car. Biff, not so great of guy but, I do love his car.

A BIG THANKS to everyone else for all the nice compliments.
