Not sure of the year, but it was once my uncle when he was young boy, He's in his 70's now. I'm not sure if it was a hand me down to him. Wow. That's so cool. You're taking very good care of it too. 1

johnyrotten Posted May 26 Posted May 26 (edited) Spotted this walking out of lowes. Nice to see one without rot or an obnoxious lift. Edited May 26 by johnyrotten 2
A modeler named mike Posted Monday at 04:49 PM Posted Monday at 04:49 PM 🤔 It must be a Lowes thing today. This beauty was parked away from the rest of the crowd. 4

Always wonder the how and why of a lot full of old trucks like this. Shame they are left to rot outside. Maybe some minor engine or drive train issue caused them to be parked since the bodies look intact.

I had my wife worried for a bit that I was gonna get it.😎 2

I realize that many would just cover the body with a semi-flat clear and call it good, but some others would rather have them shinny and looking good. 1

Either way I'd love to have it.
TarheelRick Posted Tuesday at 02:37 AM Posted Tuesday at 02:37 AM Not exactly on the road but we had a local Memorial Day Cruise-In. Actually, a local merchant sponsors one every 4th Sunday during the warm months, sometimes up into early November. The Charger is my all-time favorite Dodge or any Chrysler product. The Chevy coupe's license said "AllSteel" I have a few more pictures, but these are my favorite. 7

oldcarfan Posted Tuesday at 09:06 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:06 PM We have seen tornadoes and/or high winds and hail all around us now for a couple weeks. So far our city has lucked out with only some wind damage. Personally, wee had some damage to our backyard lawn tool steel building and a neighbor's old oak tree just missed falling on us. Others haven't been as lucky as some places have had 5 inch (12 cm) hail. On the way to the doc this afternoon I passed a couple of storm chasers in a Dodge Dart. They had a hail screen attached to the roof rack, that covered the rear window and hung out over the front window. It had three different anemometers and lots of antennas and it seems both occupants are paramedics. Apparently the right rear window must have taken a direct hit, though. The pictures aren't great, but they might inspire a fun project for someone wanting a fun out of the ordinary project.
