considering the license plate says bag, I'm thinking it's bagged and not permanently that low. Regardless, line of sight being below the tires when you're on the road is just stupid.

That's just a regular AZ plate B)

Geez! Why not just mash it in a car compactor! Who can get in one of those things much less drive it? Fun to look at though!

Is there any minimum height for a street-driven vehicle?

No body, chassis or suspension parts lower than the bottom of the wheel rim. There are also minimum heights for lights and bumpers.

Cars that low look stupid anyway.

I like lowered vehicles but these are just stupid low. It does look cool, but that green 1, who can get in it, i know couldnt, i dont think my boots would fit through the door

Believe it or not, that is a fully functional vehicle- you drive it lying down.

They have wrote tickets here for being too low. I can't remember if it was 23 or 28 inch bumper height..

I'm sure that's pretty much the case just about everywhere. I often wonder , going to car shows, cruise ins, cruise nights or what ever, how many of these cares get by the police. IMG_9622_zpsb7ea4273.jpghqdefault.jpgef7e56196dcc35769affd86011d7f3d4.jpgDSCN1835.JPG

Actually, no.

BAG is a prefix used by the Az DMV in Maricopa county as are BAD, BAS, and a few others.

Harry each state has it's own definition of height. I do believe there is a minimum required federally though.

That's more like the max for lifted truck bumpers. From what I've found, no part of the car can be lower than the bottom of the rim. In this way if you get a flat tire the wheel will still carry the weight.
