1930fordpickup Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Looks cool, but I think if you can not see over your own tires you need to bump it up a bit.
Quick GMC Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 considering the license plate says bag, I'm thinking it's bagged and not permanently that low. Regardless, line of sight being below the tires when you're on the road is just stupid.
Joe Handley Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Wow, I might have trouble seeing that over the hood of my 200, let alone my stock height Jeep!
Harry P. Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Is there any minimum height for a street-driven vehicle?

cobraman Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 They have to all be a real treat to get in and out of. I couldn't do it. Maybe when I was 10.
JohnU Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Geez! Why not just mash it in a car compactor! Who can get in one of those things much less drive it? Fun to look at though!
DynoMight Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) Stupid low.... Edited August 26, 2014 by DynoMight
Craig Irwin Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Is there any minimum height for a street-driven vehicle? No body, chassis or suspension parts lower than the bottom of the wheel rim. There are also minimum heights for lights and bumpers. Cars that low look stupid anyway.
Petetrucker07 Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 I like lowered vehicles but these are just stupid low. It does look cool, but that green 1, who can get in it, i know couldnt, i dont think my boots would fit through the door

Joe Handley Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Ooooops! Wonder what the odds of all 4 lower ball joints failing at once are.............

slusher Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 They have wrote tickets here for being too low. I can't remember if it was 23 or 28 inch bumper height..

I'm sure that's pretty much the case just about everywhere. I often wonder , going to car shows, cruise ins, cruise nights or what ever, how many of these cares get by the police. Petetrucker07 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Ive watched videos of that double blower pontiac. That is is a cool car

Harry each state has it's own definition of height. I do believe there is a minimum required federally though. G
91blaze Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 They have wrote tickets here for being too low. I can't remember if it was 23 or 28 inch bumper height.. That's more like the max for lifted truck bumpers. From what I've found, no part of the car can be lower than the bottom of the rim. In this way if you get a flat tire the wheel will still carry the weight.
