exesivefire
I'm having. Huge inner debate.. Part of me really hates that front bumper (I love my splitter ) but I know that bumper should be much flatter on the front for a true road race car, would also make opening it up for a intercooler a little easier too.. Something more "GT style" Edited September 30, 2014 by exesivefire
Devilsnake98
I don't know man, you're splitter is pretty darn nice, but that blue notch is so sick and it's front bumper is pretty sweet too. I don't envy you're decision.
exesivefire
Could always save it for another build too... That blue notch is the motivation for this build mostly. I love that thing
freakshow12
You could use the 79/ 82 pace car/gt front air dam that's in the mpc kits. Think it would fit well on the front then modify it to your needs

exesivefire
Started putting the motor together. The wash and coloring I did on the headers didn't really photograph well so you will have to take my word for it.
exesivefire
started detailing the motor, love/hate that part

exesivefire
resin or solder turbo? what did you do to flare the end of the dump Plastic, I have pics prior to paint you can see it. Just stuck a all rod in there and slowly rolled it around to flare the tube
Ford guy
Awesome engine dude! I love the wheels.
exesivefire
thank you! Sometimes the smallest things take the most time right? got the rear brakes worked out, started with the disks from the same integra kit I stole the wheels from Needed these as flat as possible so I had to saw off the backing plate Had to ream out the center and trim the caliper a bit (not shown but it was hitting the mounting face of the wheel) and ready for paint
exesivefire
little more on the engine too
exesivefire
Fuel rails and fuel lines are next.. At this point I am probably going to miss my goal of having it competed by the Toledo NNL, however I do hope to get enough done I can bring it with me and put it on the in progress table. Devilsnake98
That engine is looking really good, and the brakes look like they worked out well. I'm curious what color you're thinking on this thing, to go with the gold spoked wheels. Edited October 6, 2014 by Devilsnake98
