bonehead23
Somebody told me long ago that the '32 Chevy kit in any variation was quite rare...I wasn't aware of this so once i found out, i built three, and have one more unbuilt kit left. The sedan delivery is very rare and valuable, I was told, so I pro-streeted it. One roadster is a street rod, the other is a gasser with a 409. I love to make collectors angry. migace
good work, rare is subjective and any model kit that is rare in 1/25 scale can only top out in the hundreds of dollars, its not like your building on rare Ferraris or something! horsepower
Love your old Chevy's I probably have a half dozen of the"roadster" kits, and three of the panel's, two are the original gangbusters kits and one is the Art Anderson '33 Panel Delivery kits, plus one resin delivery kit I think is from Replicas and Miniatures. I've started to build one of the roadster kits that originally was the MPC Gasser version as a street rod with the independent suspension from the AMT '33 Ford street rod kit but kinda lost interest, until just recently going through a box and found a bunch of the phantom deuce kits that have a lot nicer front suspension, and a couple of the Buttera jag rear end assemblies and I think I am going to swap out the dana style center section for a nine inch Ford to make it a little more contemporary. But it's nice to see another Chevrolet freak.
