Glad you like it. The two machines are done. Left to do is a rack that stands beside the honing machine. It holds the cap & rod end grinder as well as an assortment of hones, go/no go gauges etc.

The latest machine is completed and in service in the shop. As always, I see in the photos a few things that will require touch ups but that is pretty well the way it'll sit.

FTB has just completed two Ford engines  that are anything but similar, a 361 FE out of a 1958 Edsel and a Super Stallion.

A Porsche 911 turbo has come in the FTB shop. The complaint: "It makes decidedly un-Porsche sounds". Looks like a complete teardown is needed, maybe a rebuild too. We'll see.

I think that perhaps I should build the room which is behind this door.

Winter is coming so I'll build some heaters for the shops, shamelessly using a photo of Crazy Richard's as a guide. This is the first one. of possibly three.

The "burner" is a squeeze pad from a glue bottle similar to the one in the photo.

The gas line hookup is wire and crimp tubes.

The flue is a straw.

I think the "burner" looks the part.

Figuring out the gas line. What could I use for flexible conduit for the electrical feed?
