If they didn't before it is because they never or rarely went to the Diorama section. So the corresponding lack of comment is likely a result that they are just not interested. No harm done. You still have your followers. Thanks, Pat...... that sounds like a very reasonable explanation. David
landman Posted September 2, 2020 Author Posted September 2, 2020 I had this 352 from a Starliner kit. It has some interesting internal detail, so I built it for display in the dio as a work in progress.
CRUSADER2 Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 Really nice work on all the detailing, it looks fantastic!!! you look like you have more than a few horses lying around in that garage waiting to be put to work? Â

It is an ever changing scene.
landman Posted September 16, 2020 Author Posted September 16, 2020 Following the acquisition of the F40, the Boss gathered all 5 of his Ferraris in the shop . They'll be detailed and prepped for an upcoming all Ferrari show. 1
Anglia105E Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 Some nice looking Ferraris you have in your shop there, Pat...... and these cars are in the best place for quality prepping! David
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 Pat I always enjoy looking in to see what is going on in your shop. Your figures look amazing! Great work as always! Is there a future project for that 12v-71?

landman Posted October 10, 2020 Author Posted October 10, 2020 I am considering a "behind the shop" scene like fellow member Geoffrey Waller's. Of course, it won't be as nice.
Anglia105E Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 A " behind the shop " scene such as you suggest would work, Pat...... because you can turn your whole diorama model around to show the back of the shop, I guess? David

David It would be a separate one with the door intended to be the other side of this one.
Anglia105E Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 Oh I see..... this is what happened to my terraced houses diorama in 1:43 scale, which expanded into a second diorama, the factory. Dioramas that are a work in progress are continuously evolving. David
landman Posted October 28, 2020 Author Posted October 28, 2020 Bad news.... FTB has gone bankrupt. The Repo man has been by.
landman Posted November 2, 2020 Author Posted November 2, 2020 Turns out we are planning to move and I have started packing some stuff. When I looked at the empty shop, I couldn't help it. It called for a photo.
Anglia105E Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 Oh I see now........ well that's a relief........ Very funny ! Good luck with the move, Pat. David

Anglia105E Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 I see what you mean. It's like the guys are having a last look round before they walk away from the workplace. A long time successful company is going out of business, and there are many good memories of times past. David
landman Posted December 8, 2020 Author Posted December 8, 2020 A Bugatti and a Maybach HL230 behind the shop.
landman Posted December 17, 2020 Author Posted December 17, 2020 Here is the actual "Behind the shop" scene, as always it will get added to all the time.
