Scale-Master Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 I added the rear louvers (modified from a 70 Mustang) and the wheels; otherwise it is straight out of the box with a color change. WIP Thread: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=98425
Art Laski Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) That didn't take long! Nice job, Mark. Edited February 5, 2015 by Art Laski

randx0 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Looks great. I hope this inspires more aerovettes to be built. I think it would make a great GT car or rally and of course custom and street racer .

Scale-Master Posted February 6, 2015 Author Posted February 6, 2015 While it is pretty much a curbside, it does have a full detail engine. The overall fit is very good, especially regarding the things that could be a "make it or break it" issue.I wish I had built one earlier and now I know I'll do a stock "correct" version later. The only real problem was the glass being damaged by the tires.
