The Creative Explorer Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 For my annual special paint project ( I just have to do one for the fun of it) I decided I go back to the oldskool paintjobs, The Thunderbird was a great canvas for this project and while just doing small custom touches, I tried to keep it as clean as possible. I also lowered the car, a bit more in the front than the back, for a nice stance.

mr moto Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 (edited) WOW! Let's talk about this one! Are the "patterned" panels on top done with decals or airbrush? If they are decals, what software did you use to create them? I almost forgot to say what a fabulous model that is. Great work! Edited March 10, 2015 by mr moto
Ramfins59 Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Wow...... Great looking model Erik. Larry Watson would be proud of you.
Albie D Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I can just picture this scraping across Kustomland in the early sixties...
Drake69 Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 It's not finished yet... it needs fuzzy dice. The pattern is fantastic!
