Been going back over the basics and am using a big yellow can of oven cleaner to strip chrome. It seems most paints breakdown using the oven cleaner and others dissolve overnight in 91% isopropyl alcohol. This is essential for the following bullet point.
Really enjoying how to master an airbrush I bought a year ago at a large craft store. Learning which paint and primers to mix with their respective thinners.

Look for the Monogram 1934 three-window chopped top kit. Get lots of long fingered clamps and some good plastic cement. Try attaching small pieces of brass sheet to help support the door tops and door sides.
