  1. This just gets more and more interesting to watch.
  2. Well, I broke down and ordered one. With only 100 kits signed it should become a collector kit. Having said that I have never bought a kit to collect. I like to build what I buy but this one will be the first exception to my rule. I am sure this will not pay for my retirement nor am I looking at it that way. It's just kinda cool.
  3. Looks great. I have seen many that look like that driving around the streets in my day.
  4. This is one amazing project you have on the go. Great job!!
  5. I am speechless looking at your amazing talents Christian. All I can say is I can't wait to see more. And for what it is worth, I like the wheels and tires on it.
  6. Thanks for sharing the video. I really enjoyed watching how effecient they were even back in 1936 at building cars. Now, if we could only get our model building down to the same precision.
  7. Well Doc, you are doing an amazing job on this kit. Nice use of the Valejo colors to give the impression this car was rode hard and put away wet. Can't wait to see more of this.
  8. Looks great Brett. I just picked up one of these myself.
  9. Another nice clean build. Looks great.
  10. Hi Carl, your Firebird looks nice and clean. I like the yellow paint.
  11. Life is just to short. Thanks Tom for making our modelling community a better place. Rest in Peace
  12. Very very nice. Your work is very clean and nicely detailed.
  13. Your Nomad is looking great. I really like the work you did on the interior and engine. The groceries add some very nice detail.
  14. I'll add my 2 cents here as well. I have used their customer service on a few occasions and received nothing but the best service one could expect. Several years ago I picked up a Revell 69 Camaro and tossed it on my stash. A year or two went by and I had the urge to build a Camaro I opened my kit and to my surprise the rear quarter panel on the drivers side was mostly missing. Kinda looked like the styrene didn't flow in the mold properly. Anyway, a quick call to Revell and a few laughs with their customer service rep. and a replacement kit was sent my way. There are many companies who could learn a thing or two from Revell about customer service.
  15. Great imagination going into this build. I'm looking forward to seeing more.
  16. Sorry to see you had troubles with paint Terry. Looking forward to seeing the outcome anyway. I like the color combination.
  17. Nice choice of a build. The wheels are perfect for it. Looking forward to seeing more.
  18. Good luck everyone. I did this build last year and had a blast. I wish I could do it again but I have other commitments. Have fun.
