Post your wagons and 4-door sedans

Peter, that plymouth wagon is sweet! Tom, I would really like to see that airport limo finished. I've always wanted to build the old mans car from A Christmas Story, a 37 Olds Six, but I havent found anything close that I could convert. I would also like to do a copy of my Moms car when I was groing up, a 71 Country Squire wagon. I have fond memories of getting tossed around in the way-back on the back roads.

This is one of my Favorite Models a 1970 Chevelle Wagon The photo of the one parked in the street is in front of Pfeiffer's Speed Shop In Troy , New York where my Dad Worked would have been right around that time 1970-1971 he ordered it right from Bumstead Chevrolet in Troy it was ordered it with a 402 and a 4-speed he always tells me when he ordered it they weren't sure if it was going to be a small block or big block because that was the year Chevrolet came out with the 400 small block some how I think that car was a compromise with my Mom. My Dad being a Drag Racer and at that time having 3 small kids what a perfect combo a 4 door station wagon with a big block and a four speed I remember him changing the ring and pinion gear to 4:11's my older brother and I use to sit in the back seat and say "Goose it Daddy" we would get sucked into the seat so hard we couldn't move till this day even last weekend he still says boy wish I could find my old Wagon. Anyway body is a F&F resin cast 72 chevelle wagon body I used the front fenders and cowl hood from AMT's 70 Chevelle and the chassis plate from a AMT 65 El Camino finished in Lacquer I built it back in like 1995.

Wow. What a stunner! How someone could not want a plastic kit of this beauty is beyond me.

A couple fun one's. My version of an "original" Magnum and Ford's answer to the Impala SS.

I have seen that Charger before, but not sure where. It is beautiful.

Posting a couple more for ranma.... BTW, the '60 Impala 4 dr ht was a fairly badly warped promo that Rick managed to greatly improve upon and make presentable again.. proof positive that with enough time, effoprt, patience and love, we can do more than we often think we are able to.. enjoy: Someone really needs to cast a good '59 and '60 Sort Sedan.. and Nomad wagons from '50 - 61....DSC00407.jpg

How about the Auburn rubber version? Not 1/25 but as close as you'll probably get. Maybe do a resin copy and work with it?

I have 3 of that Ford wagon

Wish I could get a Kit!!!

I LOVE that 67 GTO based Tempest/LeMans wagon

I want to do that too

And a 66 (And 64!!)

Did you just use the GTO front clip on the Malibu wagon body??

Easier than what I did with my 65!!!!!!

66 Tempest wagon was made from a 66 GTO and a 66 Chevelle wagon. Just wish someone would make a 66 tempest hood.
