RAMBENNA Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) just completed ITALERI PETERBILT 377A/E 1/24 Semi Truck ,painted with Testors 1843 Star Spangled Blue. this was a ok kit to build a lot of fit problems seemed like every thing was just off a little bit. I have done a Italeri kit before and had the same thing happen but still was a good one to build. check it out , thanks for looking, Edited September 8, 2015 by RAMBENNA
kilrathy10 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Looks pretty darned good, to me.....Very nice work on this one.....This is one kit that's been around for a WHILE.....They're still producing it, and it has a lot of potential for conversions.....But, even box stock, it looks great.....
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Almost thought I was looking at a 1:1. Very nice work!!!
Tesla Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 What a nice clean build and the paint color looks great! Well done!
gatorincebu Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 You've built a fine looking model. With a superb paint job. Well done! Be Well Gator
Kostas Parchas Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Your Peterbilt looks fantastic and the color choice is fantastic too. Italeri's Peterbilt kits are very good kits with no issues and I have to agree with what JT said above, about the kit. The kit is nice and your build is fantastic, you have also a fine hood-cab-sleeper aligment. You may add bare metal foil on the doors trims and there you are.Kostas.
RAMBENNA Posted September 14, 2015 Author Posted September 14, 2015 thanks everyone for your comments , Kostas I like the Idea you suggested with the foil on the doors thanks
Plastheniker Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Excellent craftmanship and very good colour choice!
Atmobil Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 This looks very nice. Reminds me of my first truck kit, I built Revell AGs version of this back in ca 1998. Brush painted midnight blue it looked nowhere near as nice as yours.
jacobus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 nice petegreat color , nice clean machine
RAMBENNA Posted September 22, 2015 Author Posted September 22, 2015 Thanks guys , I really appreciate the comments. my next truck is going to have flames
Jim Whalen Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 Nice looking Pete - a great shade of blue. A trailer on the back with bits painted the same shade of blue would look really good.
