maltsr Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Built from the recent re-issue, I cut out the rear panels and replaced with 'glass', otherwise box stock. Paint is Tamiya spraycan TS95 Rich Metallic Red with Citadel Skeleton Bone interior.
Yahshu Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 That looks so much better with full glass, very nice
moparfarmer Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Very nice and clean build..Everything looks perfect..Well done..
Metaldrumm Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Wow i remember that kit, what a nice job u did ,nice work on the wood grain.
peekay Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Very slick. Excellent wood treatment and I agree that the added glass improves the look.
1930fordpickup Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 I agree with the others , looks good and better with glass.
espo Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 I agree with the others it looks more interesting as a wagon than a panel, and I like panels. The "wood" looks very real and the paint is nice and smooth also.
carman1 Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 very nice, ive got this model in my stash somewhere, may have to dig it out and give it a second look !
Lunajammer Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Yup, glass. I'd like to section about a quarter inch off this kit all the way around the belt line. I'll bet that would be sassy.
bobthehobbyguy Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Nice job. Super clean. Superb paint and wood graining. Does look better as a wagon.
donb Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 That looks so much better with full glass, very nice Absolutely! Great colot too!
vintagercr Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 It looks great with the side panels removed.
KWT Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Nicely done! I keep thinking about getting this one, but for some reason I never pull the trigger.
