Lorne Posted March 24, 2020 Author Posted March 24, 2020 Hey, 66belair Thank you for the kind words!! It was a labour of love! Shelved many times, but didn't beat me!! Thanks again 66 belair!!
grodudulle77 Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 Very awesome work, incredible details !!!???
AmericanMuscleFan Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Superb job, super clean and rare subject...I love that!!! I share the same feeling as you regarding the subject to be chosen for the next built and the rarity of the subject! I live at the other end of the country but it's pleasant to be reunited at the same place sharing the same passion! Keep doing your amazing job, you are a great builder!!!
Lorne Posted March 26, 2020 Author Posted March 26, 2020 Wow! Thanks Francis! Its a hobby, its a passion, its an illusion, its a dream!!! like most of us, we build to satisfy something "we all wish" was in the driveway! Kinda Gear Heads is scale?? Thank you so much for appreciating my dream ride!!! Thanks Maple Leaf!! L
Nazz Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Great work Lorne! Love the color. A pleasure to behold.
Lorne Posted April 4, 2020 Author Posted April 4, 2020 Thanks all for the kind words. Every project you complete you learn something new and develop new idea's and skills. This Forum proves that!! The truck was a real head scratcher. Shelved many times! But learned a ton from that project. Now if I could only build like Clay Kemp,.....that's my motivation!! 1st photo taken, kinda thinkin it might come together??? Keep this great hobby going!!!
Steve H Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Hi Lorne, beautiful build! That is a stunning little truck, amazing workmanship. Very inspiring, thanks for sharing. Cheers, Steve
Watertown Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 I was never really a fan of the Pro Street movement, but this is some killer work. Beautifully engineered, and striking in appearance. Well done. Keep 'em coming!
Lorne Posted August 23, 2020 Author Posted August 23, 2020 Thank you guys! I have always been a Pro Street nut. Tub it ! Slam it ! Add some serious ponies and paint,..... LOOK OUT!
Plowboy Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 This model checks all of the boxes! Unibody Ford, check. Pro street, check. Perfect stance, check. Killer paint, check. Awesome detail, check. Minus points on the Chevy pieces, kidding! I actually like the Chevy dash. It gives the interior a completely different look. Excellent work!
Lorne Posted August 24, 2020 Author Posted August 24, 2020 Thanks Plowboy I think the 59 dash is the one of the coolest gauge clusters back in "the day", also it fit nice around the bottom window area of the cab! thanks for "check marks"!!
Claude Thibodeau Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 Hi Sir! What a truck. It DOES look like it could start, to quote you. World class. Bravo! CT
Lorne Posted September 4, 2020 Author Posted September 4, 2020 Thanks for the recognition! The next project on the bench has me scratching the "last" hair on my head! Using this build for reference?? "How did I do that again"???? OHHH man?? Thanks again,....ALL!! L
